BI 130 Introductory Plant Biology

The course is designed as an introduction to plant biology. Topics covered in the lectures include plant structure and function, genetics, plant breeding, evolution, classification and the diversity of the Plant Kingdom, Laboratory sessions complement lecture topics. No prerequisite is required. Lecture two hours per week and laboratory one day per week for two hours.
