NSG 510 Theoretical Foundations for Advanced Nursing Practice
This course focuses on concepts and theories of advanced practice nursing, leadership styles, advanced practice roles, and scope and standards of practice. Topics included are legal and ethical principles, developmental theories, systems theory, models of heath, cultural diversity, caring, professional values, nursing theories and history, contemporary issues, communication, and inter-professional collaboration.
