This course addresses current topics in the field of nursing. Conflict management has increasingly become a critical component in modern healthcare and professional practice. This course focuses on using evidence-based strategies and self-analysis to improve communication skills, engage in collaborative team building, and manage different types of personal and professional conflicts in healthcare roles.
