EBM 634 Strategic Leadership Theory
This course provides a foundational overview of leadership theory including the history of leadership, great man theories, transformational, transactional, situational, authentic and self-leadership. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to identify the components of each of the theories of leadership in real-world situations and be able to determine the appropriate approach to leadership based on context. Students will also identify their personal theory of leadership. Prerequisite: None.
