Students will review case studies to understand how leaders used judgment effectively and ineffectively, framing the outcomes and judgments through the lens of ethics. Upon completion of this course, students will recognize and address internal and external factors that influence judgment, apply ethical discussions to real-world judgment calls, and develop a plan to apply these concepts to their lives.
