ART 1350 History of Western Art I: Prehistoric to Renaissance
A general survey of art from prehistoric through the High Renaissance. This course is designed to develop an understanding and appreciation of the visual arts and artists with an emphasis on the origins of well-known styles and eras of Western Art such as Egyptian, Mesopotamian, Greek, Roman and Medieval Art, culminating in the masterpieces of the High Renaissance. Fulfills General Education Art History requirement.
