NUR 5400 Administration I

The course is designed to explore and examine those administrative skills required in responding to today’s complex health care environment. Concepts of health services leadership/ management organizational design and redesign, strategic alliances, innovation and change and performance will be presented. The material will be discussed in light of personal and philosophical development.
