STM 320 Project Management
Students plan and deliver small tech projects using hybrid approaches: scope, schedule, risk, quality, and change. Students manage stakeholder communication and simple budgets. Students close projects with handoffs and retrospectives. As part of the course, students complete a Christian Service in Computing Practicum by serving at least 15 unpaid hours with a church, para‑church, or nonprofit community organization in a technology-related capacity, followed by a guided reflection on learning, vocation, and impact.
