CRIJ 4223 Forensic Investigation

This course introduces the student to the fundamentals of contemporary forensic investigation as applied to criminal acts andactivities. Emphasis will be placed on the role ofthe investigator, techniques of investigation, thecollection and analysis of forensic evidence, and the presentation of forensic evidence in court. Methods of forensic investigation in cases ofspecific felony and misdemeanor crimes will be examined.
