(3-3-0) The exploration and analysis of the broad range of laws affecting employment decisions from recruitment and selection to termination. Thecourse looks at the impact on HRM-decision-making of the common law as well as all the major statutes: the Civil rights Acts of 1964 and 1991, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and more.
