INT 230 Renewable Energy & Storage Systems
This course will begin with a review of the operation of DC power circuits. Solar and wind power will be covered in more depth than was covered in the introductory renewable energy course, deepening students’ understanding of the characteristics of those systems. The way in which environmental factors affect both solar and wind systems will be studied. The semester will conclude with the study of energy storage utilizing battery systems.
