THTF 4361 Advanced Video and Film Editing
Advanced film editing course for theatre majors in the film track and students in the film production minor. Emphasis is on the continued mastery of the visual art of editing. This course introduces advanced non-linear editing techniques and software to film students. Students will go through the entire editing process from beginning to final rendering, from the addition of sound and visual effects to the completion and distribution of final scenes. Students should take this course before or at the same time as Intermediate Film Video.
