CRIJ 4314 Private Security and Loss Prevention

Examination of issues in the administration and supervision of corporate in-house and private security organizations, with an emphasis on preventing retail theft and/or loss prevention. Topics may include legal and ethical issues in surveillance, detecting employee malfeasance, cost-benefit analysis, inventory control, audit systems, and crime prevention technologies.
