Student Success Team

The Student Success Team (SST) assists students who are registered in courses to receive personalized administrative services. Student Success Counselors assist students with questions regarding accessing student portals such as the New Student Self Services and myEdison®, password resets, navigating the University website and the course space and all basic technical support. The SST is trained to assist with frequently asked questions about financial aid, student financial accounts, online registration, and testing. Staff can troubleshoot enrolled student issues and connect students with the appropriate subject-matter experts in other departments to manage any escalated questions or concerns. Student Success Counselors can be reached at enrolled@tesu.edu or 609-777-5680, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST).
