Students with Disabilities
Thomas Edison State University complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA,1990; ADAA, 2008) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
It is the student’s responsibility to disclose and verify their disability to the ADA Coordinator if requesting accommodation(s); all such disclosures will be kept confidential. Students are advised to access information on the university's approval process via www.tesu.edu/about/ada. Accommodations under the ADA for a given term must be approved prior to the start date of the respective term.
