ISOM-440 ERP Systems and Intelligent Business Process Transformation
This course provides a conceptual and practical understanding of ERP systems and intelligent business process transformation. Students learn how ERP systems enable enterprise integration and support the analysis, redesign, and optimization of business processes. The course emphasizes data-driven decision-making, process standardization, and continuous improvement, while addressing ERP implementation, system integration, and change management. Students also learn intelligent process transformation, automation, and analytics by using tools to redesign workflows and integrate improvements to the systems. Hands-on SAP ERP lab projects reinforce key concepts. This course is part of the SAP Student Recognition Certificate Program.
