NU 352 Medical Surgical Nursing II
Continuation of Adult Nursing I with a focus on adults and older adults with acute and chronic medical conditions as well as nursing care of patients with traumatic injuries. Health promotion and evidence-based, culturally sensitive nursing care is emphasized for alterations in health related musculoskeletal, neurological, pulmonary, cardiac, acid-base balance, rental, reproductive and cancer-related issues. Online lecture content with faculty and student interactions and thirty-six (36) proctored clinical hours.
