CR 331 Criminal Law and Procedure
In this course, procedural and substantive criminal law will be studied. This includes the processing of the individual through the judicial system and definitions of crimes and their elements. Emphasis will be placed on the constitutional aspects of criminal law and due process rights. Students will also gain perspectives on various aspects of the judicial process including bail, plea bargaining, punishment, and the appeals process.
