PL 235 Legal Research II

This course continues to explore the variety of legal reference sources. It focuses on locating, analyzing and updating statutory and administrative law. Students practice researching various legal materials. There is an inclusion of directed research toward briefing cases and researching issues for memoranda. This course also covers basic practices in legal correspondence.
