NU 535 Clinical Management of Mental Health Needs of the Individual and Family
Develop advanced practice nursing skills related to health promotion, assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic mental health disorders across the lifespan. Apply evidence based clinical decision-making to diagnosis selection and determine appropriate treatment. This course includes a didactic lecture component as well as a 50-hour precepted clinical experience in the outpatient setting.
