NU 545 Clinical Management of Developing Families

Apply clinical decision making for the health care needs of women, children, adolescents, and families. Skills are developed related to health promotion, diagnosis, and management of common health problems. Interventions include patient/family education, protocol implementation, follow-up, and patient referral. A preceptor practicum is arranged in a primary care or a specialty setting.
