Personal Veterinary Care

In certain Veterinary Technology program courses, students may be allowed to bring samples from their personal pets to aide in the learning experience. This in no way establishes a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR). 

A VCPR is established only when your veterinarian examines your animal in person and is maintained by regular veterinary visits as needed to monitor your animal's health. Please be mindful that since no VCPR exists, it is inappropriate and unethical for students to request professional advice, services, and/or personal use of OTC's equipment and supplies.
