The Industrial Operations Technology Diploma program prepares students with the principles and technical skills needed in various areas, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Industrial Controls, Automation Controls, Electrical Systems, Robotics, Industrial Wiring, Motor Controls, Smart Automation Sensors, Mechanical Systems, and Hydraulic Systems. This diploma program features instruction and hands-on lab simulations in industrial automation.

Curriculum
The curriculum for the Industrial Operations Technology Diploma program is designed for the semester system. A student may enter the program during the fall and spring semesters. To graduate, students must earn a minimum of 53 semester credit hours. The program requires a minimum of 255 contact hours and generally takes 3 semesters to complete.
