ISAT 1110 Mechanical Systems

This course reinforces the study of mechanical systems through the installation and adjustment of mechanical drive
systems. The use of various methods for adjustment will be a focal point of the course. The calculation of horsepower,
torque, tension, and measurement/adjustment of softfoot are just a few of the topics that will be discussed. While
working on these systems, safety will be emphasized as it is on a daily basis in real-world environments. Students will
complete hands-on labs, virtual simulations, projects, and critical thinking assignments to help prepare for SACA C-210
Certified Industry 4.0 Mechanical Systems 1 certification exam, and SACA C-301 Certified Industry 4.0 Mechanical
Power Systems 1 certification exam.
