MKT 3100 Retail Management
This course examines retail management from a perspective that includes different types of retail institutions, strategic planning, omni-channel retailing, trade-area and site-selection analysis, merchandise planning and inventory management, service retailing, supply chain management, customer service, store image, promotion, pricing, and retail audit. Course incorporates developments within various environments within which retailers must operate today -- social, competitive, economic, technological, legal, and governmental -- and their impact on retailing in the future.
