PHI 2130 Ancient Philosophy

A study of the roots of the Western philosophical tradition from the pre-Socratic community of philosophers to the beginnings of the Christian medieval tradition. Emphasis in the course will be placed on the works of Ancient Greek and Roman philosophers.
