HSL 4100 Legal Issues in Health Service Leadership

This course examines the various legal and ethical issues encountered in the healthcare environment. Topics include laws and ethics as applied to such areas as malpractice, negligence, informed consent, confidentiality, employee rights, and patient rights. Specific case examples will be utilized.
