CRJ 2670 Constitutional Amendment I

(formerly CRJ 267)

This course looks at the development of the First Amendment from colonial times to the present. Concepts such as ‘freedom of speech,’ ‘freedom of the press,’ ‘freedom of religion’ and ‘Equal Protection of the law’ are covered by examining and analyzing court cases. The course examines how these concepts have evolved since our founding fathers created them.
