BUS 3200 Entertainment and Sport Management Leadership

This class in Entertainment and sport management will introduce students to the discipline and profession of entertainment and sport management. This course prepares aspiring leaders and managers to create organizational environments conducive to the creation of theatre, entertainment and sporting events and performances. The course provides students with knowledge, skills and values to enter the field at high levels of responsibility and leadership. Students will examine strategic management practices, contract management, human resource management and leadership development with a particular emphasis on the ethical implications in the entertainment and sport industry.
