NUR 5460 Human Resource Management

(formerly NUR/BUS 546)

This course assists the student to manage human resources more effectively by improving ability to analyze and plan. The focus is on the development of systems that support basic business objectives as well as foster good working relations between employees and management. Legal and regulatory issues as well as strategic management, negotiation strategies and leadership are topics included for development. 45 lecture hours per semester.
