Billing Following Change in Enrollment Status
Students who drop from full-time (12 or more credit-hours) to part-time (i.e., fewer than 12 credit-hours) within the first two weeks of classes will be charged the per-hour tuition rate, and any financial aid awards will be adjusted to reflect the change in status.
Adjustments cannot be made to a student’s account after the first two weeks of classes due to withdrawing from one or more courses that results in a change from full-time to part-time status. However, if one or more late-start courses is dropped prior to the start of the course and the drop results in a reduction to part-time status, both the tuition charges and any applicable aid will be recalculated as outlined above.
Likewise, overload fees will not be pro-rated nor refunded for full-term courses dropped after the first two weeks of classes.
