COUN 640 Couples & Family Counseling

This course provides an overview of theoretical constructs and approaches to family therapy, including a study of the systems approaches, Bowen’s theory of family systems, and the contributions of Alfred Adler. Topics include sexual dysfunctions, divorce, sexual assault, and families of poverty.
