LANG 130 Introduction to American Culture
This course provides an introduction to American culture for international students whose first language is not English. The course will focus on four main areas: an overview of contemporary American culture, transition to the United States Collegiate system, fluent and appropriate language use, and pronunciation and speaking skills for the non-native speaker of English.
