ASTR 205 Life in the Universe
A continuation of Introduction to Astronomy with a particular emphasis on astronomical issues related to the possible existence of extra terrestrial life. Topics will include the solar system and its history, extra-solar planets, changing physical conditions within our Galaxy and the current search for evidence of the existence of life elsewhere. This course is appropriate for all students who are interested in these issues.
