Application for Graduation
LBC | Capital awards certificates and degrees at three points in the year – August, December, and May. Once students have met all academic requirements for their certificate or degree, they are eligible to graduate, regardless of their participation in a commencement ceremony. Commencement is the ceremony that celebrates the completion of a degree or certificate. See Commencement Ceremony Participation policy in the student handbooks for more details.
All students need to complete an application for graduation to declare their intention to graduate, regardless of whether or not they will participate in the ceremony, and to signal an official audit of their credits. Students should work with their advisor/success coach to determine readiness for graduation.
