H. Conduct or Honor Code Proceedings

 

If a student is approved for leave or withdraws when an honor or conduct code investigation or proceeding is pending, the Division of Student Affairs, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, or the Dean may place a memo in the student’s file in the Registrar’s Office outlining the charges and the status of the proceedings. Proceedings will either be held in abeyance pending return, if in the case of a leave, or may continue even after a student takes leave or withdraws.
