C. Academic Intervention

To promote academic success, all students ranked in the bottom third following the Spring semester of their first year are required to attend, during the succeeding Fall semester, counseling sessions and/or workshops with the Associate Dean for Academic Success. Failure to satisfactorily participate may result in an academic hold, which must be cleared by the Associate Dean for Academic Success prior to Spring registration.
