RCP 601 Respiratory Care Leadership & Advanced Roles
This course provides an in-depth knowledge of the theoretical frameworks of healthcare leadership. Topic emphasis will be on current & projected trends in respiratory therapy as well as advanced roles for respiratory therapists in education, management, research, & clinical care. Students will be challenged to integrate leadership concepts into practice through analysis of site-specific leadership strategies.
