AVM 620 Airport Management

This course provides a detailed introduction to the Airport as a complex business enterprise. The goal is to provide the student with a comprehensive understanding of the complex business and commercial functions required for successful airport operations and planning. Tactical and strategic decisions, aircraft maintenance, schedule and route planning will be discussed in depth. Additionally, marketing management and customer delivery systems including advertising, product planning and customer service are included. Case studies provide real world association with the course principles.
