PE 207 Recreational Games
This course is designed to teach participants the skills needed to play various recreational games as a lifetime sport. Participants will be able to apply basic terminology, rules, and strategies for playing a lifetime sport. The sports of flag football, ultimate frisbee, softball, and basketball will be covered.
