NUR 212SI Foundations of Professional Nursing
This course will introduce the philosophy of the School of Nursing. Emphasis is placed on core concepts foundational for professional nursing practice. Provides the opportunity to use beginning critical thinking skills as students explore professional values, health care delivery systems, nursing process and the professional nursing role. Course assignments facilitate development of communication skills.
