MSC 111 Introduction to Oceanography
This course explores the origin of the earth and oceans, geological processes on earth, geologic time, plate tectonics, ocean-atmosphere coupling, ocean circulation, waves and tides, seawater and sediment composition, and influences on and from the biological realm.
