EDU 651 Practicum in Reading
The culminating course for MAT students inreading. Designed to be an extension of EDU 550.Emphasis is on students' areas of interest and/orneed. Includes field experience for thoseinterested in administrative work, supervisorywork, or training as resource teachers. Also includes adult literacy training, readinglaboratory experience, study in relatedlanguage arts areas, and other work thestudent and/or instructor deems necessary forprofessional goals.
