SOC 360 Sociology of Leadership and Organizatio
This course provides students in the social�sciences with an opportunity to apply sociological�perspective to explore leadership and�organizations. The course introduces factors that�impact leadership and the functioning of�organizations including organizational structures,�culture, and group dynamics. Key topics will�include ethics, communication, inclusiveness,�process, purpose, power, and empowerment. Students�will learn about various theories of leadership�and organizations while also having�opportunities for application of knowledge through�course activities.
