NUR 226 Nursing Assessment
Concepts related to assessment of individualclients are presented. Emphasis is placed onreview of body systems, physical examinationtechniques, and communication skills necessary toperform a nursing assessment of clients acrossthe lifespan. Level of functioning and healthrisk data are analyzed and interpreted. Opportunities are provided to apply and practiceskills presented in class.
