NS 101 Introduction to Naval Science
A general introduction to the USN and USMC thatemphasizes organizational structure, warfarecomponents and assigned roles/missions ofUSN/USMC; covers all aspects of Naval Servicefrom its relative position within DoD to thespecific warfare communities/career paths; andincludes basic elements of leadership and NavyCore Values. The course will provide studentswith initial exposure to many elements of Navalculture and provides conceptual framework/workingvocabulary for student to use on summer cruise.
