MSL 302 Leadership Under Fire

This course uses increasingly intense situationalleadership challenges to build cadet awareness andskills in leading small units. Skills indecision-making, persuading and motivating teammembers when "under fire" are explored, evaluated,and developed. Aspects of military operations arereviewed as a means of preparing for the ROTCLeader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC).Cadets are expected to apply basic principles ofthe Law of Land Warfare, Army training, andmotivation to troop leading procedures. Emphasisis also placed on conducting military briefingsand developing proficiency in Garrison operationorders.
