MSL 202 Found of Tactical Leadership
This course examines the challenges of leadingtactical teams in the COE. The course highlightsdimensions of terrain analysis, patrolling andoperation orders. Further study of the theoreticalbasis of the Army leadership framework exploresthe dynamics of adaptive leadership in the contextof military operations. MSL 202 provides a smoothtransition into MSL 301. Cadets develop greaterself awareness as they assess their own leadershipstyles and practice communication and teambuilding skills. COE case studies give insightinto the importance and practice of teamwork andtactics in real-world scenarios.
