MSC 413 Aquatic Toxicology
This course is an introduction to the majorclasses of contaminants in aquatic environmentsand their interactions with aquatic organisms.Methods of toxicity testing, chemical fate andinteractions in aquatic systems, contaminanteffects at different levels of biologicalorganization, and environmental regulations willbe discussed. This course will give students anopportunity to integrate and apply their knowledgefrom multiple disciplines.
