MGT 630 Teamwork & Organizational ChangeTransformation (capstone)
Students are introduced to organization conceptsused in the design, development, andtransformation of complex organizations.Particular focus will be placed on developingleadership teams capable of creating an optimalorganizational structure and develop coreprocesses that achieve strategic objectives andsustain high performance. The course emphasizesthe role of the leader as a strategic changearchitect.
